How we handle personal information
This notice describes what Cloud Pulse Point collects when you use this website, write to us, or take part in a cloud sync usage study for a note-taking app. It is not a notice for a consumer app we operate; we do not operate one.

What we collect
- Enquiry forms: name, email, optional briefing date, the study you named, the app or notes feature, and the message.
- Email and telephone: whatever you choose to send to info@cloud-pulsepoint.digital or +6066781815.
- Study work: names and contact details of client staff; participant names, device types, and session recordings where consented; consented sync-event excerpts that do not include note bodies.
- Site logs: standard server records such as IP address and page path, kept to keep the site standing.
- Cookies: see the cookies page. Analytics cookies run only after Accept.
Why we use it
We reply to enquiries, prepare estimates, run sessions, write reports, invoice, and keep records we may need if a refund or a legal claim appears. The bases are your request for a step before a contract, the contract itself, our legitimate interest in securing the site, and consent where we record a session or set a non-essential cookie.
Retention
Enquiry messages we do not engage are deleted after eighteen months. Contracts, invoices, and reports are kept for seven years for Malaysian tax and accounting practice. Session recordings are deleted twelve months after the readout unless a longer hold is written into the protocol. Cookie choice in your browser lasts until you clear storage or choose again.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or limit personal data we hold, and to withdraw consent for recordings or analytics cookies. Participants may ask for their recording to be deleted; we will then also strip identifying detail from unpublished notes where we still can. Write to info@cloud-pulsepoint.digital. You may also contact the Malaysian personal data protection authority if you are not satisfied.
International transfers
Video sessions and email may pass through processors outside Malaysia. When that happens we use a written processor term and, where needed, a transfer safeguard. We do not sell lists of writers or clients. We do not send note bodies to any processor because we do not keep them.
Children
This site is written for adults who commission or take part in studies. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we will not run a session on a notebook that includes a child.
